Similarly, Upcountry is coming up with another township in around 163 acres of land in Mohali Distt. Ropar, Chandigarh again in collaboration with M/s Ansal Township & Projects Ltd. (API), now merged into Ansal Property and Infrastructure Ltd. (APIL), one of the leading real estate developers in the Country. This project too shall comprise of Plots, Malls, Hotel, Club, Institutional Area, and High Rise Apartment etc. this is a proposed project where 100 acres of land has already been procured and the process of licensing is on with the concerned authorities.
